• Recommend another supplier in the absence of a client preference
• Coordinate an on-site meeting with the supplier to provide an estimate and/or complete the work
• Allow access for the supplier
• Oversee the supplier as appropriate
• Most of all secure your home upon the completion of the work
• Direct the supplier regarding invoicing
• Communicate with the client throughout the process
